The following Terms of Service govern your use of EternalClient's general services:
Welcome to EternalClient. By accessing our website, using our software ("EternalClient software"), or purchasing any subscriptions or scripts through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and the End-User License Agreement (EULA) associated with the software. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Our website may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third-party sites.
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Sweden.
EternalClient will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EternalClient, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of EternalClient’s services, including, but not limited to, your user content, any use of EternalClient’s content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.
Application: To become an automation script author, you must apply through our Discord channel and complete the provided application form.
Vetting: Applicants are subject to a vetting process, which includes a coding test and other evaluations to ensure quality and reliability.
Quality Assurance: All submitted scripts undergo a thorough code review. Scripts must aim to avoid unnecessary data collection and ensure secure data handling.
Code Review Process: EternalClient conducts code reviews to protect users purchasing scripts through our marketplace, ensuring adherence to our quality and security standards.
By submitting a script to EternalClient, you grant us permission to apply automated obfuscation to the source code. This modification is exclusively for enhancing code security and will not extend to any other changes. The obfuscation process is specifically designed to preserve the original functionality of the software, ensuring no alterations beyond security enhancement are made.
Revenue Split: The revenue split is 70/30, with the script author receiving 70% and EternalClient taking a 30% distribution fee.
Payment Process: Revenue from script sales is held until the user's subscription expires (one month after purchase). Funds are then added to your monthly revenue pool, which is paid out at the end of each month.
Unclaimed Revenue: If a payout method is not set up, revenue rolls over to the next month's pool.
Support Requirement: Authors are responsible for providing support to users and maintaining their scripts as long as they are available on our marketplace.
Non-Compliance: Failure to adequately support and update scripts may lead to removal from the marketplace, potential loss of revenue, and the loss of privileges to write and submit new scripts on EternalClient.
Breach of Support Obligation: Inadequate support or maintenance may result in suspension or termination, determined on a case-by-case basis.
Malicious Activity: Any attempt at malicious activity will result in immediate termination, permanent ban, and forfeiture of unpaid revenue to EternalClient for user remediation.
Data Protection: Authors must comply with GDPR and other relevant data protection laws, especially if personal user data is collected.
Staff Mediation: Disputes between users and authors are mediated by the EternalClient Staff team, reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Resolution and Refunds: Authors must work towards resolving disputes with users. Approved user refunds will be deducted from the author’s and EternalClient’s revenue according to the split.
Modification Process: Authors can request to modify their scripts. Each modification must be reviewed and approved by EternalClient’s SDN managers.
Update Approval: Updates are published to our SDN only after approval from our review team.
Exclusivity Clause: Scripts developed for and released on EternalClient must be exclusive to our platform.
Nature of Exclusivity: The exclusivity pertains to the 'type' of script and its functionality in the game, not the author’s overall ability to create scripts for other platforms.
Case-by-Case Review: Situations requiring non-exclusivity will be considered individually upon the author's request and with EternalClient's approval.
EternalClient reserves the right to review and modify the Terms of Service for Script Authors at any time. Changes will be communicated to authors through the contact information provided in their application or via announcements on our Discord channel or other official communication channels. Continued use of the platform for script submission and sales following such changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
